It is the coolest side of Rhodes and air condition use is seldom needed there. | This property consists of the following accommodation units: 1. Two, 2-room apartments (up to 4 persons) one on the upper level floor, the second of the two is on the ground level floor. Each apartment has kitchen with all basic utensils, fridge, TV, screen doors and windows, bathroom with bath tab and large balconies with either garden view or distant sea view. However these apartments are best suitable for family groups as the living room does not provide full privacy and thus may not be recommended for those who wish to have independent rooms. 2. Five studios, two of which can easily fit 3 persons and three are for 2 persons. All studios have fully equipped kitchenette, a small fridge, TV, WC with shower, screen doors/windows and large balconies too. | ||||||||||||||||||||||||||||

| Free access to a nearby swimming pool is also available to all guests at Voulgaris. The family who owns and operates these studio-aparments lives on a separate ground level apartment. Traditional Greek hospitality is always there and the motto is that "every visitor becomes a friend". Linen and towels provided for change twice a week. Cleaning service is inclusive to room rates for once a week. Additional cleaning, upon request for 20 euros. During the day, bus service to most points of Rhodes is available & easily accessible at the nearby main avenue. | ||||||||||||||||||||||||||||
