| Villa Rena is located on the east coast of the island, between the villages of Afandou and Kolimbia. The villa is set in its own well-kept gardens which include a private swimming pool and a covered barbecue area. Its hilltop setting means that it has a great panoramic view. This property is pproximately 2km from Afandou which is a typical rural village and as such has the benefit of a large selection of shops as well as plenty of restaurants and bars and even the island’s only 18 hole golf course. Kolimbia is also around 3km away and again has a large variety of bars and restaurants but fewer shops. There are several beaches within easy reach from the villa. Although the villa is situated in the vicinity of the main road linking Afandou to Rhodes Town, car hire is reccommended. | ||||||||||||||||||||||||||||

| Accommodation at Villa Rena is spread over two floors and is fully air-conditioned. The ground floor features a spacious living area – with fireplace and satellite TV – and a separate dining area, a fully-equipped kitchen and a double bedroom with its own bathroom with bathtub. The upper floor houses another spacious living area and three double bedrooms as well as a family bathroom. The master bedroom has its own veranda and a further roof terrace leads off the upstairs living area. The outside areas at this Villa are wonderful for all those al fresco holiday activities. The private pool is set within the garden’s trees and shrubs and there is a covered barbecue area with seating and a wood-fired oven. | ||||||||||||||||||||||||||||
