| PICCOLO PARADISO twin villa complex is comprised of two newly-built villas, set in a quiet area of Gennadi, 17 km south of Lindos, with private gardens and great view of the sea. This vacation property is easily spotted as its unique design and colours make it completely different from most other properties in the area! The owner was inspired by the Dutch architect Hundertwasser. These twin villas are 1 km from Gennadi village and 800 m. from the sandy and pebbly beach famous for its crystal clear waters. | ||||||||||||||||||||||||||||

| The two villas are adjacent to one another, separated by a common garden with a barbecue area and private parking. These villa units comprise identical accommodation and facilities. One features bright primary colours and the other muted tones. In each villa, the ground floor has a fully equipped kitchen, including dishwasher and washing machine. The spacious living areas, which are fully lighted and airy, feature TVs, music systems and one even has an electric keyboard. On the ground floor also is the dining area with the table and chairs. The bathroom on the ground floor has WC and a bath/shower. A unique design staircase leads to the fully air-conditioned upper floor which provides 3 double bedrooms (1 double, 2 twins and the two front-side bedrooms have balconies with sea view). The upper floor has also a bathroom with WC and bath/shower. A mezzanine area above the hallway has been adapted for sleeping 1 or 2 children. | ||||||||||||||||||||||||||||

| A new, private swimming pool is available exclusively to guests of the villas. The location is the ideal option for those who really want to “switch off”. The garden boasts a table tennis table and basketball area and the sea is within easy reach but we would recommend for the guests to consider car rental so that they would better access and enjoy the restaurants and cafe bars in nearby Gennadi. The seafront fish tavernas and traditional eating places along the beach provide ample variety for those times the guests prefer to go out for a meal. Linen and towels are provided for change twice a week. Maid service for room cleaning upon request for 30 euros. Private parking is also available and inclusive to the price. | ||||||||||||||||||||||||||||
