Booking & Policies

As a prospective vacation or business traveler who is inquiring about Rhodes or other Greek locations via this web site, the following is some useful information on pre-booking requirements, methods of payment, and cancellation policies.

  • All rates and prices shown in our web pages are subject to change at any time and are intended for a minimum one week of permanence (June - September) or 5 nights at all other times
  • Availability and booking procedures are handled by our associate full service travel agency (member HATTA) or, in some cases, are directly coordinated by the owner of the establishment.
  • For the reservation of an early booking (more than 2 months before arrival) we will require a deposit representing the 30% of the full payment. In some cases we may require the full payment at the time of booking.
  • After the deposit payment, a booking confirmation and a receipt will be send to you by email.
  • The balance of the cost of your stay must be received by us in no less than 30 days prior to arrival (or at the time of booking if this date has passed). Failure to pay by the due date may result in the cancellation of your booking and loss of deposit.
  • Once the full amount of the booking is received, a reservation voucher will be issued and send to you by e-mail. This voucher has to be printed, as a proof of purchase, and will be presented to the service provider. Please review the voucher carefully as soon as you receive it. Contact us immediately if any information which appears on the confirmation or any other document appears to be incorrect or incomplete as it may not be possible to make changes later. We regret we cannot accept any liability if we are not notified of any inaccuracies in any document within 10 working days of our sending it out.
  • Methods of payment for most Rental properties are basically the following two:
    1. VISA credit card or
    2. Bank wire transfer of funds (direct deposit to a bank account).
Note that for credit card payment an additional 3,40% for banking expenses is required. Upon receipt of the down payment, reservation confirmation is sent to the requester by fax or e-mail.
  • We strongly recommend you arrange adequate holiday insurance which should cover the cost of cancellation by you, personal liability claims, all medical costs plus the cost of assistance including repatriation to your country of origin in the event of an accident or illness. Please note that credit card insurance cover is rarely adequate for holiday bookings.
  • We do not ask for any security deposit but we reserve the right to charge you the cost of any damage to the property or any service charges incurred by you or any member of your party (for example telephone calls) at the end of your stay.
  • Should you wish to make any changes to your reservation, you must notify us by email as soon as possible. While we will do our best to assist you, we cannot guarantee we will be able to meet your requests. Where we can, an amendment fee may be payable together with any costs incurred by ourselves.
  • Cancellation: Should you need to cancel your stay you must immediately advise us in writing. For your notice of cancellation to be effective must be submitted in writing, signed and sent by fax. As we incur costs from the time we confirm your booking and may be unable to re-sell your period of stay, the following cancellation charges will be payable. For cancellations received no later than 31 days prior to the check-in date, a 15% of the total cost (plus bank expenses) will be charged. If the cancellation request is received any time between 30 and 15 days in advance, then the 30% of the total cost (plus bank expenses) will be charged as cancellation fee. No refund is possible, if cancellation request reaches us after the 15th day prior to arrival or for "no shows".
Additional information or clarifications can be provided on case by case basis.
